The problem
Blooming Potential offers Applied Behavior Analysis, speech therapy, and occupational therapy to children. The company has made a big difference in children’s lives. But whenever people discovered it for the first time and visited the website, they didn’t get the best first impression.
“Our brand no longer reflected what the business has become,” said Tiffany Rigal, Blooming Potential’s founder. “It did not evoke the feelings that I felt were important in being able to get a glimpse into our team and work. I also felt that it didn’t stand out and that there was potential for the brand to really represent us better.”
Tiffany created Blooming Potential because as someone whose brother has autism, she knows how hard it is to find the right kind of care for people with special needs. She wanted her practice to be a caring, helpful space for both patients and employees. But her branding kept her from making a good first impression that would attract new patients and families.
Blooming Potential’s bland, outdated logo and lack of a visual identity didn’t have the warm, comforting feel Tiffany wanted. That’s why she decided to come to us for a brand redesign.


The Solution
As we planned Blooming Potential’s new visuals, we got Tiffany’s input from a questionnaire. This helped us learn the story behind Blooming Potential and discover what makes it stand out from competitors. Tiffany also told us the mood and message she wanted for her brand.
Tiffany imagined a brand that was “warm, visually appealing, and unique.” She gave us the details of the visual style she wanted, including a Pinterest board of colorful flowers and soft, cozy interiors. We got to work on her logo, graphics, and visual identity.
Tiffany’s vision combined with our design experience made everything go smoothly. “I don’t feel we ran into any specific challenges or obstacles. Everything that was changed was already a possibility and there was time within the timeframe to discuss and adjust and to stay on track.”

The result
When the designs were done, Tiffany’s imagination had finally come to life.
“Every single aspect of the target was hit! The colors, the visuals, the new look, the graphics, everything! Although each aspect was met beyond my expectation, the fact that seeing it all combined made me lose my breath and evoke all the feelings that I wanted it to made me so excited to get it out to our audience.”

Having a visual upgrade is a huge confidence boost. Tiffany always knew the business she built was special, but now it actually looked as special and meaningful as she always believed it was.
